Beautiful intricate Zuni handmade sterling silver belt buckle featuring “The Rainbow Man” in intricate mosaic inlay design using turquoise, mother of pearl, coral and onyx/jet black. Silver drops on top and bottom indicate rain drops, stamped domes feature the suns rays, and outer triangles - perhaps mountains. All stones are intact. Natural inclusions and wear can be seen when viewed close. Textured sterling background brings “The Rain Man” to the front. On the reverse side, light arc patterns are around the edges and a pictorial stick “Thunderbird “ hallmark towards center. Previous owners name and ID has been inscribed on this item - unsure whether this should or could be removed in order to preserve the original buckle. Buckle measures approximately 4-3/8” in width and 3” in height. Weighs 168 grams. Will fit up to 1-1/2” wide belt. Item will be shipped insured, signature required. Please view all photos.
