This listing features one of Disneyana watch collectors’ most coveted items ~ a rare Fantasma Disney Toontown Opening Day from 1993. These models are VERY hard to find, especially in this fabulous condition. Stainless steel caseback reads “Commemorating the Opening of Mickey's Toontown, Disneyland.” The watch is in beautiful condition, never worn. On the back of the watch, the plastic protective covering is starting to become undone. The gold-toned metal cover has "Mickey's Toontown Disneyland" with six gold stars. Press the button on the side and the cover swings open and the watch element springs out! The colorful dial featuring Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, and Donald Duck. Red circles on the underside of the crystal mark the hours. This whimsical beauty sports the original brown leather band. A new battery placed and the watch is running strong. I do love the watch. The watch itself is exactly as described, with good packaging and the shipping was very fast. Unfortunately, when I took it out of the packaging, the band started to flake. It's pretty obvious that it had never been treated, which to me deminishes the description of 'New.' I notified the seller, but never heard back from them.
Product was well packaged in a box, with glasses each protected in their own sleeves, and arrived quickly. Seller was quick to respond to requests. So much better than the other seller I bought from. Buy your glasses here to get them in good condition!
