Barbie in A Mermaid Tale Water Play Fun Doll Mattel 2009 #R4201 NEW. By our observations, this doll is new and in an unopened box due to the doll being secured to the package by the manufacturer's plastic ties. We are not Barbie experts but to our best knowledge, the doll is in very good condition and all original pieces are included. One of the plastic ties has broken and no longer holding the doll. The box has a small opening at the bottom of the box where the plastic front is separating from the cardboard. Please see pictures in the description gallery for condition.
