To the best of our knowledge, this item is new in box due to the doll being tied to the box by manufacture's plastic ties and still has a factory seal on the box. There is a sticker residue on the front from a previous owner as well as some normal wear and tear on the box. The bottom of the box also has some small tears and cardboard peeling a little bit.
