The item was as described: unfortunately it was not obvious until I attempted to use the item based on a set of instructions I found on-line that I realized a critical component was missing. The seller did not have the part, and was not aware that it was missing, but without hesitation offered a full refund with free return shipping. With regrets I accepted this offer, and have received notification that the refund is being issued based on the seller's receipt of the returned item.
Shipping was very fast although packaging could have been a bit icer. The item is as described but a little "skimpy." Overall, this is a satisfactory purchase.
