Please make an offer! Here is a beautiful extremly rare oversized vintage Cyma Tavannes Watersport Clamshell Chronograph , circa 1950s. Typically these are seen as a two register with a Valjoux 22 movement, or a small Venus 165/175. However this one is a rare early Valjoux 71 , Tri Compax Watch is in running condition, winds and time sets as it should. All Chronograph functions work properly and resets back to 12 o'clock position. Stainless steel oversize 38mm case is unpolished and in excellent condition. Acrylic crystal is clear, shows some scratches. zhe all original radium dial is in excellent condition, shows a beautiful and even patina. All writing, markings and indices are present and clearly visible. Hands show a blue hue and are in excellent condition, they have been relumed at some point in its life. Cyma signed 6094, Valjoux 71 movement looks clean and in excellent condition. All case markings are sharp and clearly visible. Please refer to pictures and let me know if you have any questions.
