Well used but still in good shape. The privacy screen keeps onlookers on either side of you from seeing your screen. Display can only be viewed from straight ahead. The privacy screen is scratched but phone screen should be like new. (I decided to leave privacy screen on). Let me know if you find otherwise. I'll accept a return. Phone is locked to Verizon but sim card can be removed. Maybe there's a way to use another carrier. I'm not sure.
