  2. Item was mislabeled in listing--I was looking for a hardcover copy, as this book was described, but when it arrived it was the softcover edition (which I already had). I brought this to the attention of the seller, and they quickly apologized and issued a refund, and said to keep the book. Because of their rapid fixing of the situation--and as I've had previous happy experiences buying from Better World Books and will continue to shop them--I will give this a + rating for customer service!
