  1. They couldn’t fix my iPad mini, but they communicated with me and quickly shipped it back/refunded me (minus shipping costs), so an overall positive experience. While I couldn't 100% expect them to be able to fix it, the description for the repair mentioned “Charging IC” issues, which I suspected was the problem, but they told me they couldn’t fix it because it was a charging IC issue, so that was a little disappointing.

  2. I’d had my iPad Pro, 3rd gen repaired once before at a local shop. They took forever, never told me what caused it’s lack of charge ability and the cost was the same as this service charged but what a difference! My pad was shipped back the day after they received it. Repaired and with and explanation regarding the failure of the 1st repair and how to prevent reoccurrence. Who could ask for more.
