The item was new as advertised, however, the seller had it drop shipped from Amazon Prime as it was not in the sellers possesion. This caused an issue with delivery as the initial item was lost/ cancelled. Had to reach out to seller to resolve which in fact it was. The only other fault was there was no tracking# presented where I could keep taps on the shipment. Anyone that ships goods should always have a tracking# for reference to follow up with with issues. It fortunately worked out!
