The 21" lazy susan arrived quickly and in somewhat good condition, considering the cardboard container was torn open in a few spots. It was clearly stated it was an "open box" item, but I'd be ashamed to send it. The turntable has a minor damaged edge that can be fixed. Don't remember seeing it in the sales pics. So, it could have been nicked in shipping. But, on the upside, my husband loves to spin it and it will be put to use during family get together. I am pleased to have this on our table.
