item is exactly as described- except mine did arrive with one of the pillars broken off. it did also come with a little bunny charm which was very cute and it did appear to be packed well, however i do live in the US so it had quite a bit of travel time to get to me so i understand the broken piece would have probably happened in transit. it is a relatively easy fix as well so i'm not too disappointed by the broken piece since it wasn't the fault of the seller.
My daughter absolutely LOVED IT!!!!! We were expecting it after Christmas but the seller shipped it so quickly that I received it earlier. So my daughter was able to open it on Christmas Day!! I cannot thank you enough :) thank you for making my daughter so happy. I will definitely be a frequent customer :)
