Im blown away by these guys. Fantastic service from them. Despite having been away on their holibobs they dealt with the backlog & had this back to me within a week. New piston seals, bleed nipples & covers and a couple of banjo washers thrown in, too. Caliper was well packaged. They posted Thursday, despite showing as 48 hour delivery it arrived the next day, with great comms from the team Throughout rebuild along with photos.. Now the proof of the pudding will be after fitting. Here goes. : )
I screwed up my order and got the wrong thread pitch, contacted these guys and explained what i had done, no arguments no fuss they just asked me to send back the ones i miss ordered and then messaged me back to tell me they had received them and my replacements were on route, simply stunning service from a business that clearly cares about their customers, i will be back (said in my finest Arnie accent) stunning service guys and many thanks.
The package went on a long trip, an ended on a wrong office, and stayed there for a whole week. So I connected the seller and he was very helpful and took the case. Good communication and service.
