  2. Seller listed part as made for my motorcycle. Received part looked different than what's on my bike. I contacted EBC and they told me I have the wrong pads. I contacted seller by phone and they stated they are correct and refuse to do anything to correct the issue. EBC has been helpful and another one of their vendors has stepped in to help. EBC is a great company that prides itself on their customer service.... Thank you EBC. This seller obviously not.

  3. The product in the pic in the ad was different from the P/N shown. Pic shows P/N TYDS008 (which has no antifreeze). I received P/N 10850 which contains antifreeze. Honest mistake. Contacted seller and they politely agreed to a refund. Seller had good prices, fast shipping, and were good to deal with. Would purchase from them again.
