These small marks are consistent with normal age and gentle use of fine urushi lacquerware. Exquisite Craftsmanship • Finished in deep jet-black Urushi lacquer with a rich, mirror-like depth. • Features a delicate Sazanka (Camellia) floral motif hand-painted in the traditional Maki-e technique using fine gold and silver powders. • Each blossom center is accented with genuine Raden (mother-of-pearl) inlays that shimmer with iridescent rainbow colors from different angles. • Graceful gold and white inlay lines complete the sophisticated design.
