Great customer service, much appreciated. Item irrived without mag holder. Messaged seller and they were quick to respond and offer return; happy to help with an adjustment we agreed on so I could keep the bag and make it work. Thank you! Love the bag and was able to get velcro and use a strap from my DSLR bag to create a fix. Amazon wouldn't deliver gun accessories to Washington state so much appreciated finding it on ebay!

This seller has fair prices on items and shipping, packaging was done very nicely to prevent damage during shipping and the item is exactly as pictured and described! If you’re thinking about purchasing go ahead and purchase! You won’t regret it!!!! It did take awhile to get the item but it’s NOT the seller’s fault. They shipped it in a timely manner. That’s not a problem for me as I didn’t need the item ASAP.

Item unfortunately arrived with several broken pieces, due to insufficient padding in packaging (likely sent new then damaged in transit). Seller was quick to acknowledge the issue and offered a full refund and very apologetic, kind communication. I believe they will do better in preparing items for shipping after such occurrence, and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from again.
