Communication with the seller was excellent, I had an issue with my item (missing part) and they immediately replied and sent whatever I was missing. The downside though is that the item is slightly different from the image on eBay. The image on eBay shows Caleb being inserted on the right in front, but when you assemble the acrylic stand he is actually on the left in front. The acrylic part with words also actually has one of its upper corners rounded, which is not seen in the image on eBay.

Quality: 10/10 The seller provided me images of the item before it shipped and it looked perfect, but in person the quality is even better than I expected from the photos. Condition: Brand new; sealed and packaged nicely. Value: Initially I thought the price was a little high, but upon receiving, it was worth every penny based on quality and design alone.
