The metal nautical sign was well-crafted but it was the wrong size. I ordered a 17" sign and received a 13" sign. When I reached out to the Seller, their reply seemed nonchalant, dismissive, and cavalier. I rechecked the Seller's website, and "the last one" in 17" was supposedly purchased by me. However, when I checked again, it still had "last one". I asked the Seller if they would exchange the sign that they sent me in error for the 17" sign that I had originally ordered. They never replied.
This neck fan has really helped me get through some hot days at work, and it arrived at my door the same day I ordered it. I recommend this seller.
All though I never received this product, the communication with these people was excellent and I did receive a full refund.
