The product did not match the picture in the listing,but this turned out to be a better option. It did not have a switch in the cord You have to unplug it from the wall. It works very well. Seems to warm 5 gallons of water in to hot in 20 minutes or so. Good communication from seller.
It comes in a box well protection from the elements shipped from California not China so it gets there faster exactly what I ordered. Thank you very much.
