I received the item promptly and in good physical shape. Unfortunately the remote control was not functioning properly. Seller was very quick to respond to my issue and bent over backwards to make sure the issue was resolved. Due to my inability to get the necessary battery to test the unit, seller issued an immediate refund without my asking and told me I didn't need to return the item. Superior customer service that was unexpected and much appreciated! AAA+++
