Stained, and a little beat-up. But, it works great, connected no prob and sounds pretty dang good for being a little speaker. It charges and holds a charge very well. Uses standard micro-usb charger cable (not included, but let me know if you need one cuz I have extras to spare). It's about 6.5" long. Inventory#: 1024405
