  1. I didn’t receive my order. I am not sure who is at fault. It shipped quickly via ups and was transferred to usps and I got a notification that it had arrived at my mailbox. Even gave me the time, but it wasn’t there. I tried to start a claim with ups but was denied. I contacted the seller and he immediately issued a credit and offered to send a replacement but it wouldn’t arrive for 25-30 days. So even though I didn’t receive I appreciate his quick response.

  2. I already just reviewed this item. My first order never came, though UPS said it was delivered, but the seller was very prompt in issuing a refund. I reordered and the seller shipped it immediately and it came even earlier than I expected. The product seems good and I appreciate the sellers' excellent service.
