Packaging was good, shipment was quick; however, the item description indicated a new item which is was not. Several parts were broken off and there were apparent attempts at gluing them back on, which did not hold. When contacted about this, the seller was responsive and offered a 20% refund, which was accepted. Communication was good. Overall, a neutral experience.
This was a vintage item for which the seller had accurate descriptions and photos. Package was carefully wrapped for safe delivery. The order was made a bit late toward Christmas but miraculously made it Christmas eve. As a personal note to seller, can't thank you enough because my 96 y.o. mother loves her fresh squeezed orange juice every morning. Thank you!
