The only gripe I have with this vendor is the way they packaged the items. I ordered 2 switches and the shipping time was good but, the switches were put in a big box with one layer of bubble wrap around them and NOT stabilized in the box at all. I contacted the vendor and they asked if the switches themselves were physically damaged, which the rack ears were bent and there was a little chassis damage. They offered to replace the rack ears if the switches were functional or replace the switches.
Good communicative seller, willing to discuss shipping to my country. Item as described and was well packed too! Great to find that model with all valuable options (especially manual tuning) and in decent operational condition, after going through listings with beat-up items sold with much higher price
