There was a mixup in shipping, and I received someone else’s order. The seller reached out proactively before I even received the package to let me know what happened, then coordinated a swap between myself, their US shipper, and the other party. They refunded me the extra shipping, and I eventually got my game. Took a little while, but I understand accidents happen, and they were very friendly and apologetic.
