Grade B: THANKFUL @seller "honesty": 36 Hours after purchase got seller note advising his staff found product was listed "defective" (16lbs. cat food), seller asked if I wanted to cancel order/refund money or to ship as is. Naturally, opted to cancel & refund. Thankfully, they immediately cancelled order, in about 1hour EBAY noted my acct page was cancelled/ refund would be initiated. Told seller I'd give them positives for honesty, quickly refunding. (be careful buying EBAY cat food, 5x BadNow)
Very fast shipping. Item in original packaging, so was new - never used. It did give me pause as I had a notice from FedEx that I had a package coming from Walmart. Since I had ordered nothing on-line from Walmart recently, it struck apprehension in me, as about 5 years ago I had someone hack into my Walmart account, which required me closing the account, notifying Walmart and my bank, and having to file a police report. However when the package arrived it was from this seller -immense relief!
The paper is made of quality material. The packaging could have been better, but none of the paper was damaged. Green value for the money Again the appearance of the packaging was not great the plastic wrapper was ripped. It is a good thing that the day it was delivered there wasn't any rain, otherwise the paper would have been damaged. As I stated the condition of the paper was great, they need to package it better.
