Arrived well packaged and in excellent condition, with a solid build, smooth operation, and professional appearance. Quality is outstanding and the value for the price is hard to beat. Shipping time and pricing were both very reasonable. The only small issue was the plug wasn’t Canadian, but the seller responded quickly, was easy to deal with, and gave me a partial refund so I could get proper adaptor. It works perfectly now. I highly recommend both the product and purchasing from this seller.
My story has only a little to do with the seller. Other than they carrier they sent it with. I have lived in the same home for 26 years and last year the mail delivery lady passed and they got some hotshot to take her place .Since then the entire district he delivers to have had nothing but problems. A package that fits in the box they can leave it in the box. But ultimately packages are to be brought to the porch. This guy left the mail but not the package. Wonder why.
