  2. Great customer service. She wrapped and packed these perfectly. When I received these and opened them? Two tea cups were shattered, 2 plates with big chips in them and 3 plates with shards of glass broken off and sharp to touch. Took a few pictures and contacted the seller. She responded within hours, no questions asked, refunded my money and said she will deal with the post office. The box was marked fragile, packed and wrapped great. The post office slacked off.
