VNTG/ANTIQUE RARE 1930 HELBROS 18K G.F. WORKS WOMENS ORIG.BOX BAND WIND UP WATCH. The band is adjustable from 4 1/2” to 9”. The backing is in a cream tone with elegant central engraving. The watch houses an early manual wind caliber. The watch has a good cabochon crown and good crystal with light scratches that are hard to see. VINTAGE/ANTIQUE Wind up and keeps time very well. VERY RARE HELBROS W. Company Art Deco wrist watch for ladies marked 18K G.F. The watch houses an early manual wind caliber. This movement is cased in a classic Art Deco case with filigree decorations along the sides, around the back, around the face, inside the face surrounded by the numbers as well as on the clasp. The watch has a good cabochon crown and good crystal with light scratches that are hard to see. The dial of this watch is factory original, lightly aged with beautiful Art Deco numerals and Breguet style hands in unique shiny blue. The backing is in a cream tone with elegant central engraving. There is discoloring in the backing which is expected in a vintage/ antique watch. Please see pictures for the exact look of this rare watch. I BELIEVE THE WATCH BAND IS ORIGINAL TO THE WATCH AND IF NOT IT IS FROM THE SAME ERA AND LOOKS GOOD. This band matches the filigree design and has the old time press snap closure that doesn’t snap tightly but does snap. This HELBROS watch head measures 1” X 3/4” width with the side dial. The band is adjustable from 4 1/2” to 9” Comes with the box, possibly the original box shown in picture. Items are shipped out every day except for Sundays and Holidays.
