Vintage Y2K Dooney & Bourke Pink Monogram Satchel Handbag/ Purse. It would be considered in excellent condition if not for having had the outer vinyl casing removed. I left the vinyl attached to the underneath/bottom of the bag for protection since it gets set down. This is a vintage Y2K Dooney and Bourke pink monogram satchel handbag. It would be considered in excellent condition if not for having had the outer vinyl casing removed. For anyone not familiar with Dooney bags all that means is it’s now considered a fabric bag just like any other non leather purse. Some dooney bags especially older ones were made with a plastic/vinyl casing attached to the outside of the fabric, as these bags age the vinyl starts separating from the fabric which causes nasty stain like appearances called “fogging”. This bag had severe fogging going on due to the vinyl separating from the fabric which is why the vinyl was removed. I left the vinyl attached to the underneath/bottom of the bag for protection since it gets set down. If you’re interested in buying this bag but would prefer the bottom vinyl to be removed as well just message me and let me know and I can very easily remove it for you :) other than that this bag is in great shape! Zippers all function properly, no weird smells or bad stains. & if u ask me now that the vinyl is off the bag looks so much more vibrant and like it’s brand new ! The pink models are harder to find so even though the vinyl has been removed the price will reflect that fact
