Better quality item than I expected for the price - excellent design and construction, flawless leather, tanning & dyeing. Shipping time: prompt, within estimate. Packaging: very good, unmarked by shipping. Upon opening the packaging, I found they had included a small handlebar bag that was not mentioned in the item description. Nice little bonus, much appreciated. The item description mentioned an odor that would soon fade - this is just the warm, natural smell of quality, well-tanned leather.

Had a bit of an issue, not expecting duty charges from Federal Express upon delivery. Contacted the seller and were very receptive to concerns as I wasn't expecting the charge. Long story short we got it resolved and I am very pleased with the quality of this bag. Note, as an international buyer expect duty charges from products from India.
