Vintage Scotch Brand Tape Dispenser Brown Weighted Model 3-15 Measures 8” long by 2.5” wide Has some cosmetic wear but it works great ! A little rust on the metal cutting bar, but seriously it cuts the tape as well as a new one would, I tested it. It’s weighted so you only need one hand to get a piece of tape!
