This comes with the case, 3 different colored bands and extra colored bezels as well. PLEASE NOTE - I'm not sure if this is working or not. I have another set just like this one in my ebay store and I went to wind this clockwise and it doesn't go anywhere, I wound it backwards a few turns and it's not keeping time. I managed to the back off on one of the Cavatina sets and I didn't see any battery inside. If I'm doing something wrong, please reach out to me and I'll gladly check this out in more detail for you.
