The seller shipped the item very quickly. It was packaged well and marked fragile, but unfortunately, broke in transit. I reached out to the seller, and he responded in minutes to my email. He was extremely apologetic, and immediately refunded my money. I was bummed about the item, but the seller's integrity turned what should have been a negative experience into a positive one. This item was lost in shipment by USPS. But, the seller was quick to investigate and provide updates. Excellent communication. When it became clear the item was not going to be recovered the seller provided a full refund. It was an unfortunate situation for both of us but the seller willingly took the hit and never made things difficult or uncomfortable for me.
