So despite being well packaged, the filter arrived with damage to the one side. After attempting a fix to what I thought was damage to the latches, I realized the cracks extended to the pressure housing. I contacted the seller and they quickly responded. After sending them pictures of the damage, they offered to refund or replace. I chose replacement and the second filter arrived quickly without any damage. I was very impressed with the responsiveness of the seller! Great filter!
