The item was exactly as described. The shipping was fast. a few cosmetic issues. I reached out and they said they would issue a 50.00 refund for just the bother which I thought was a wow. They were great at reaching back out to us. They were always answering any questions or concerns we had. They were quick with responses. I can't say enough about this company. Now a days your lucky to have someone listen or even look at a message. They went above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone.
Very nice cabinet. Was as described. You can always tell a good seller bc they always have great customer service. The pkg when it arrived was beat up pretty bad so I took pictures and sent to the seller and stayed in contact with them about the contents inside. The seller stayed in contact with me. They responded in a timely matter instead of ghosting me. In the end they stood up and offered a partial refund for the inconvenience. Great seller I can’t say enough good about them. Thank you
After placing the order to purchase a Workbench Table, I requested possible delivery between two dates. I was advised that orders are shipped within 24 hours and actual delivery generally ranges 3-7 days. The order did arrive in 3 days (2-3 days earlier than what I wanted), which caused me to divert my schedule, including driving an additional 175 miles to ensure the box wouldn't be stolen. I have no issues with the seller and the Workbench Table is of good quality.
