The post office sent it back and forth before delivering it. No fault of the seller. It was properly packaged and undamaged. The pictures were good. It was in need of a thorough cleaning calibration. It has no collector because the previous owner had scrawled their initials in it otherwise it looks good. I purchased it because I appreciate good old U.S. quality and a enjoy a challenge once in a while. Now I have a good tool that will last at a good price. I'm satisfied with my purchase.
