Here we have a stunning, previously restored ladies Omega dress watch. The watch case is 26mm in width and contains a very high grade Omega Cal.620, 17 Jewel hand wound movement. This watch was made at a time when Omega was at its peak in terms of the quality of its in-house movements and this is a superb example The Dial The beautiful, previously restored silver dial which carries a subtle vertical grain. The applied black onyx inlaid ‘baton’ hour indices which are swept by the original black ‘index’ style hands which are also tip-top, especially considering the age of the watch. Both the indices and hands are original, unrestored and untouched and as can be seen, are in beautiful condition. Please note, at 26mm diameter, excluding the crown, this is quite a small watch in comparison with most others. However, the silver dial, original hands and hour indices make the dial easy to read, even at arms length. The dial is simply signed ‘Omega’ with the Omega branding at 12 along with ‘Swiss Made’ at the very bottom, below 6. This dial has been previously restored to a very high standard, yet remains in outstanding condition
I was looking for this watch to replace one just like it bought for me as a 21st birthday gift from my parents which broke irreparably.
