Description

This is a very pretty antique Square Cake Plate with handles and curvy edges by Moschendorf and from Bavaria. It has a Magnolia flower, buds and leaves design in the Art Nouveau Era style. It is approximately 9 1/2" wide by 10 1/2" long including handles. This comes from a local estate and does show some wear from use and age. Specifically, the gold edge trim is mostly rubbed off and one handle shows a hairline crack. This plate would be a great display item on the wall or standing, especially if one collects floral or specific Magnolia items. It's a sweet design and would nice in any environment.
