It is exactly as pictured and what I was expecting. Packaging was very good. Shipping was iffy only because where I live we are having a record winter as far as snow fall. Mailbox destroyed. The shipping was expensive but the item itself was reasonably priced. Bought it for my husbands ashes - I know sounds weird - but he loved his premium saltines so much. It really is appropriate and he'll reside right on the kitchen counter where I can talk to him.
You can’t ask for a nicer, more involved seller that this one. His communication is exceptional. USPS lost the package, not sellers fault, and he was extremely involved with trying to track down the shipment. Unfortunately, it appears that the shipped item has fallen into a black hole, never to be seen again. Refund went smoothly
