  1. The product was delivered in a very terribly taped box, I’m actually surprised it even made it here without coming open. I had to message seller to get the item shipped after several days had passed with no contact or shipping info. The toy was actually broken when it arrived and will not latch closed now. I did not contact seller as there’s a “no return” policy on it. I am not satisfied with the quality of the toy as compared to price/shipping once it arrived
