The power cord including the transformer was exactly as was advertised. Even though it was used, it looked brand new. Without being able to replace the cord the cheapest I could find a used machine was over $400. Best money i ever spent. It came shipped in bubble wrap for protection and I am very pleased with this product. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. No problems, works great and came in in the time frame promised.

Perfect seller! Price was right, item is as new, packing AMAZING (the cord has a proprietary hard plastic plug that could have been crushed during shipping but they had it in a box and wrapped in 3 envelopes so it arrived safely), shipping fast.
