They have a slight cone shape - center of top is a single clear rhinestone - the next ring or circle is a lighter blue colored rhinestone and the outer ring has almost sapphire or royal blue colored rhinestones. This is a vintage pair of signed Liz Palacios rhinestone earrings. They are a round shape - dark goldtone metal setting. They have a slight cone shape - center of top is a single clear rhinestone - the next ring or circle is a lighter blue colored rhinestone and the outer ring has almost sapphire or royal blue colored rhinestones. They have a lever back (has the hook under the flat piece). They measure just barely over an inch tall. No missing stones - very light wear.
