  2. This item was exactly as described, in new condition with small tool and instructions included. The item was very well packed with adequate for any mishandling in shipping. Definitely a quality seller which I will have as a favorite. Only downside was USPS, they decided that getting the item to me quickly I wasn't getting my monies worth so it went to locations that made no sense.
