Shipping was prompt and the packaging was very well done. Item is not as described; it is described as Bulgarian but it is actually Moldovian (however it does say that on the pin itself so no surprise to me there). Quality is very good and a great value for the price. A very nice piece of wine history. I would strongly recommend the seller.
