Some slight discoloration, has some wear on the cotton shroud around the jawline (pictured) a moth sized hole probably where it was originally tagged and the name "Eric" very faintly on the inside of the forehead, doesn't appear to be sharpie, doesn't show through on the other side of the forehead and might come right off, I will leave it to the buyer to do.
