My chair cover arrived damaged due to poor packaging. After several weeks back and forth of trying to follow up the seller for an exchange, I agreed to a partial refund that was offered for $15. The other option they provided was to arrange my own return shipping and provide my PayPal Details to reimburse the shipping costs (which is not recommended by eBay). I never received the Partial refund and was not satisfied with the service or condition of the item I purchased.
The picture was different slightly to what was delivered. Online it showed as having a badge on the front received ones didn't have badge, but bags matched described size. It was a 3 piece set but only 2 arrived. On contacting seller and discussing shortage I was sent missing piece. The parcels were very well packaged so no chance of damage in transit. Quality of product very good well made. Would buy from this seller again
Sehr hochwertig verarbeitete Tasche, im Farbton etwas abweichend von der Abbildung und kam wider erwartet direkt aus Indien, beides aber kein Problem, trotzdem super!!! Dazu problemlose Kaufabwicklung und schnelle Lieferung!!!!! Ausgezeichnet!!!!!
