The other option they provided was to arrange my own return shipping and provide my PayPal Details to reimburse the shipping costs (which is not recommended by eBay). I never received the Partial refund and was not satisfied with the service or condition of the item I purchased.

  2. The picture was different slightly to what was delivered. Online it showed as having a badge on the front received ones didn't have badge, but bags matched described size. It was a 3 piece set but only 2 arrived. On contacting seller and discussing shortage I was sent missing piece. The parcels were very well packaged so no chance of damage in transit. Quality of product very good well made. Would buy from this seller again
