Description

The snowman does not move his arms. Audio, light up snowflakes, and hip swing works as it should. Box and figure is in good shape. Again arms do not move on either side however the arm with snowflakes tries to spin the strand. The snowman's lower button has fallen off, but it still is included if you wanted to repair it.
