Vintage Carved Stone Sculpture BUDAI (Fat Buddha) - Alabaster? Marble? DIMENSIONS: Overall: 3 3/4" tall x 5 1/4" wide x 5" deep. Total weight: 2 lbs., 9 ounces. DESCRIPTION: Vintage sculpture of Budai. Leaning back/upward facing. Carved stone, presumably alabaster or marble. All original. Country of origin unknown. CONDITION: Generally excellent original condition with no damage and no significant wear. No restorations / repairs / touch ups. No bruises. No flakes/chips/nicks/losses. No cracks, breaks, scuffs. No significant scratches or rubs. Clean as found. No stains, discolorations, residues.
Hard to find item the price was justified. It is exactly as described if not better. Quite frankly the packaging fire exceeded my expectations. There was a small problem with USPS taking six extra days to ship, but I don't hold that against the seller if they sent it out in the timely manner. Also great communication when there was problem with the postal service. Most definitely would purchase an item from them again
You know you wait 20-30 years for something and it appears. And on the same day, another dealer from another part of the county lists one. I bought both. This packaging was done professionally, almost lovingly. The shipping costs were cheap considering all the work that went into it. The item was a great value, way below market and was even better than as described.
Watch fob was exactly as described in all respects and I am extremely satisfied. Excellent packing but very slow shipping. Item was paid for at time of purchase on June 29 but was not received at the PO to be shipped until July 7th. I received no reply from seller about my inquiry as to why shipping was being delayed.
